Life Skills are trainings to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Life skills are necessary or desirable for full participation in everyday life. MINKS educate our clients on the necessary skill needed to deal effectively with challenges faced.

MINKS use a strength based approach at connecting individuals served to community resources that will help them develop and implement personal goals.

Conflict resolutions are interventions aimed at alleviating or eliminating disagreement through reconciliation.
